Superboy Comics
The Adventures of Superman when he was a boy.
Superboy (first series) begins with Superboy #1($6,800 in near mint & $680 in good in 2000) February 1945, ends with Superboy #258 in December of 1979.
Silver Age begins with Superboy #52 August 1956. There are a few Superman fans that would prefer to believe Superboy does not exist. Superboy does not fit in to the Superman continuity. After all, how stupid would people have to be not to make the connection between Superboy & Smallville. I do not care what anyone says, I like Superboy. As far as continuity goes, so what, either a story is good or it is not.

Did you know, that all the publication dates are 3 months out of phase. Publishers of comics have always post dated comics. A comic dated in April came out in January. This is true of all publications sold via mail order subscription. This does not apply to publications that must be up to date (i.e. newspapers, TV Guide, etc.).

What does the code (G-35) mean next to Superboy #138? DC would put out giants during the late spring full of reprints. They did this to save money when sales were lower in the summer. All (G-35) stands for is, that it is the 35th giant DC put out, excluding the annuals. There are people that exclusively collect giants.
