As far as I can tell Ripley's -- Believe It or Not does not have an issue #3; Believe It or Not.

Weird! Eerie! Authentic! ----------Strange! Shocking! Hypnotic!

This is a really nice collection of comics that I could not pass up. Most of them are nicer than a lot of comics fresh off the news stand. Because they are over 30 years old & in like new condition, they are kind of expensive. I have read them all very carefully and most have been reprinted. The reprints are very inexpensive & are listed below #1-#18.
