Marvel Milestone Editions, DC Silver Age Classics & Misc. Giveaways
Occasionally, Marvel & DC reprint classic key issues. I really like these issues because I have never really been able to afford any of the originals. I have scanned a lot of these comics, because they reflect the history of comics fairly well. Of course, anyone may read them, if you have the time to spare. In Overstreet these comics are listed as $2-$3. I priced them at what they are worth to me. These comic are not a good buy, but they are all good stories. In other words, these are my reading copies. Please do not buy them, because I am not sure I can replace them. The thing is, people are always asking to buy these comics. So here they are. They are for sale, but they are overpriced. So, do not do something stupid, like buying them. After all, you can read most of them on the web for free. Please do not get mad at me for my love of certain comics over others. Thanks.

history, dateline 1953. Fawcett gives up on Captain Marvel after DC sues Fawcett for copyright infringement. Saying that Captain Marvel was a rip off of Superman. It really was not, by Fawcett could no longer afford to defend itself against DC.
