DC publishes Detective Comics #27 introducing Batman by Bob Kane & Bill Finger. Motion Picture Funnies Weekly( a black & white movie theater giveaway that featured Submariner) is published. Marvel Comics comes out with the Human Torch & Submariner reprint with color added.

Opie finds a baby
