I should have known that being across from the infamous ”Givenchy Hotel” formerly owned by Merv Griffin, where Robert Downy Jr. had his little dust up with the Palm Springs Police was a bad sign.
So is it Paradise or Hell?
…….I would say like life & sweet & sour pork…a little of both.
This bulletin board has more functionality than my guest book . The problem with the guest book is that SPAMERS are constantly adding links to site that are SPAMER sites & I hate SPAMERS. Anyway, anyone can leave a comment. It will ask for your E-mail address, but you can lie if you want. Even if you give your correct E-mail address only I (Kit) have access to it & you know how I feel about spamers. You may also write your own post. You will need to log on & register. You must give your correct E-mail, because your password is sent via E-mail after you register. Your E-mail address will not be posted. I do have a say in what is posted & nothing is posted without my approval. I do not mind negative postings, but I do not allow “salty” or inappropriate slang. Remember this is a child friendly site & I do not wish to be accused of corrupting the innocent. —Kit—
Some people might wonder why my URL has changed. Site Turn stole $287 from me via a credit card. Anyway they froze me out of ksacomics.com & I had to get a new host. Here is the last E-mail I sent them:
Dear Sir,
It is absurd that you would have a concern with billing on the account that I
previously held with your substandard service. I have told this story to you
many times & as of today you have not taken care over your overbilling on
5/20/04. I informed you that you had previously double billed me in 2004 with a
charge of $203 on 4/04 & then anouther charge at 5/20/04 for $287 not to mention
the $17.50 charge for domain name registration on 5/3/04. May this year I was
told because of the double billing that I would not be charged for hosting this
year. I was charged $203 for hosting & $17.50 for domain registration. I tried
to contact your billing department, but was bsent to voice mail & not contacted.
I then contacted my credit card company & told them that the hosting fee was not
authorized. You then shut down my web site. You owe me $203 and you shut down my
site & hold my domain name hostage? This strikes me as unfair. I have tried for
a year to get you to resolve this issue & since you are holding my domain name
hostage, domain you charged me $17.50 for, I am going to contact the credit card
company & have the $17.50 charged off as well. If you can contact me before I
call at (806) 353-3854 & can resolve this to my satisfaction, I will not do it.
But, since you have lied & been as obstanate as you have I do not see me
concerning myself with you anymore. You have waised too much of my time.
Thanks,
Your exdisgruntal customer.
